Hello, Is it just me or has anyone with DAZ's new pose pz2 type texture maps for victoria 2.0 noticed that unless you have IK for the legs turned off, Vicky gets really knock-kneed. I looked at some of their files and I believe it has to do with some code left off the end. Later...
No good deed goes unpunished ...

hmm looks like they forgot to delete the Pose channels and just leave the material ones.

Its pretty interesting, because you can add materials, or remove certain part channels leaving specific ones. Such as saving a pose file for a character that you only want the arm pose information. You just remove all pose channel information except those dealing with the arms, and when you apply that pose to the figure .. no matter what pose its currently in, it will only move the arms. Thats why if you remove all information and add in material designations (something thats not stored by default in a Pose from the Poser library add function) the material will change while the figures current Pose is un affected.

You're supposed to be able to do that with the subset button in Poser4 as well.

Is it a bug or do I have to only re-apply a pose? Why is this texture in the pose folder? I am getting confuse already with hair which sometimes are props or hair or character. And now texture which are poses.

The pose just auto applies the texture to the figure, without the user having to do it manually. You can still apply the maps yourself.
