I seem to remember Anton posting about an app which can help speed up loading times by optimizing a figure's obj file.

There was something about the way an obj is written and stored that means it looks here there and everywhere for the next bit, which is obviously not a good idea if you want the thing to load fast.  I noticed several of my own models take a geological age to load, even if they are relatively simple.

Anyone know of this app and if so, where it can be found?  Also, are there any caveats to be aware of?
