I'm trying a trial version of Poser 2012 pro on a studio computer that I don't have hooked to the internet (keeping it clean). However, when I go to Window and Library to open the library window, I get a message to download the new flash. Do I need to be on the internet to run the content library. If not, how do I access it. As I say, I get a large white window asking me html information. Your help would be appreciated!!!

no, you don't need to be on the internet, but Poser needs to be able to access your local network card so you need to permit it through any firewalls you are using and I believe you will need either flash or air depending on which poser version you are using

Poser talks internally to its library.
it does NOT need Internet.
But it does need Flash or Adobe AIR to function properly.
And you will have to give Poser permission in your firewall.

Search for your poser.ini

In there you will find a line
LIBRARY_IS_AIR 1

1 it is running on abobe air
0 it will run on Flash

You will need one of them at least: Adobe AIR or Flash.
But they are on the CD. (do not know in the trial version)
