Hi All,

I am novice user (hobbyist) of Poser, so apologies if it’s an obvious question.

When i use Injection Poses, for example the freebie at ShareCG "182 Morphs for Victoria 4" which injects a lot of FBMs form a PMD, it messes up all the existing morph groups in V4?

Also the same thing happens with GND:A2. all the categorised Morph Groups on Alyson 2's face moves into a single group.

Anyone know why this happens? and how to avoid it?

BTW, these 2 products are amazing, not complaining about it at all. Just want to get the morph groups back so it’s easier to manage them!

Thank you!

If channel grouping data is included in a pose file, that data replaces any pre-existing grouping in the figure. In other words channel grouping in a pose is destructive, not additive.

If you know your way around the inside of Poser Library files, you can edit the grouping out of a pz2.

Thank you very much lesbentley!

I will try this, atleast then the standard grouping will remain even though the new morphs will not be grouped..

Shame, it doesnt just add to the existing groups..

Unfortunately morph grouping is like shader trees, it's all or nothing where applying poses is concerned.
