Hi everyone
I have a client who is using some of my work for a space video game called space rambles and my client has requested a transparent background for the space ship. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know because I am having huge problems trying to find a way.
Thanks
Karl

Hi Karl,
What format is your spaceship graphic in? Assuming it's in JPG format you will need to change it to either PNG or GIF to have a transparent background. This will involve you taking it into a photo editor (Gimp, Photoshop) and removing the background manually then exporting as a PNG or GIF. If it's a flash file you can export straight from flash as a PNG or GIF.

Select your ship, render it, then save the image, in Bryce select the ship and render another image using object mask image render mode. Then inphotoshop or whatever apply the mask.
