After installation of M4 figure and application of character Timothy I get a head with bulging eyes. I have tried all the fixes but can not get the eyes to respond to the supplied controls. I would appreciate if a contact can be made to the vendor to advise me on how to fix this eye condition.

Thanks

Think this is something you have to do yourself..

You did read: "Product Requirements: M4 and morphs++" before you bought it,  didn't you?

And you do have the Morphs++ package installed, don't you?

Because the bulging eyes thing is exactly what I'd expect if the Morphs++ package is missing.

... or if it is installed, but not initialized using the batch file the installer leaves on the desktop...

Initialization is requested after Morph package installation.  It would be more like updating afterwards with the update icon on the desktop.

True. But I've still seen it fail, and that is what worked for me.

Vendors don't always frequent these forums. There should be contact information in the readme of the product with which you can use to contact the vendor yourself.

The update icon on the desktop just runs the batch file, so either should achieve the same result, but the batch file is more direct, and has a better chance of working if anything has been moved.

@vanezz2,

Not a good idea to post your email address in the forums. Spiders might find it, then the spam bots go to town.
