I found the point light not doing what I wanted it to do.

I saw in the past a light set arranged like a ball facing outward that should illuminate evenly on every direction. I just dont know where I saw it or is it still available?

I believe its also a freebie.

the poser spotlite is analogous to a point lite with flaps and angular attenuation.  e.g., if one puts the poser point lite inside a cylinder, it produces a lite cone (with atmospherics) like a spotlite.

P6 and later versions have point lights. Point lights cast light in every direction, like a real light bulb. Thus you don't need a GloBall, unless you are using P5 or earlier.
