Hi guys, been a member forever, but this is my first post in years. I am trying to create a prop of a sculpture. I am using a figure to do this, when I save it in obj format and bring it back in to poser when I click on render materials it still shows the seperate body parts for texturing, how can I get it to come back as one object so I can apply one texture, not just the same texture for the seperate body parts? The way it is now the texture is not uniform through the whole object..............Thanks

export it as a 3ds... that way tis all of a piece..... then re-import is into POser.. and material away.. at least it usually works for me 8 ) Cheers

First off thanks for your quick responce, I have tried this and it does spreads the texture over the entire prop, which is good. However with the object in the window when I click on render materials then materials it still shows all the seperate body parts, although not a big deal, it shows the characters name and as a prop I would like it not to be that specific. Is it possible to eliminate that? ................Thanks again

easy enough.... open the heirarchy rename the prop... hrmmmm.. I"m trying to remember if I pulled the 3ds into another programme and reassigned the mats... I may have... but it should come in all of a colour and applying the mat to all should give full coverage... Cheers
