I posted this to the DAZ site on the 12th but no one has answered.  Any suggestions?

I purchased the 14275 Wet Body package for DAZ Studio 4 without understanding that it is only an add-on for the Multi-Layered Image Editor. I then purchased the MLIE. In the process of attempting to install the MLIE to my DAZ4, which is on a USB drive and not my hard drive, I was not given an installation path but rather told that it could not find DAZ3X and quit the installation process. I would really like to be able to install and use this add-on but don't understand what the problem is. Do I have to install all three downloads that start with DAZ2 in order to get the thing to work? As tight as the economy is, I'm having difficulty justifying the expenditure. Thanks in advance for your help.

If it is looking for DAZ3x then it must be installed in your DAZ3 folder or it will not install no matter what you do

far as I know, the Layered Image Editor came with DAZ Studio 4 Pro (still free til end of April http://www.daz3d.com/i/shop/itemdetails/?item=13176 ) .... check your plugins by going to 'help/about plugins'

You don't, in any event, need the plugin to use presets - it's needed only for editing and creation.

I have also purchased this, but it should work without the plugin as RHaseltine  says above. Also LIE came with the Free download of DAZ 4 Pro already. My PC is in for an upgrade and when it gets back and I get this product loaded I could see if I could help you more if you still need it.

You don't need to get Multi-Layered Image Editor to use Wet Body, is only a shader. You can find it under My Library/People/LIE. Just apply in the surface and have fun.
