I had several orders where I unintentionally ordered products I already had (since I didn't know that the duplicate purchase checking code was turned-off.) I detailed the orders via an email to store@renderosity.com (per guidance given in a similar post) on Monday, but I haven't heard anything. Could someone please check that inbox for my message...

Out of curiosity, why was the 'duplicate purchase' check turned off for this (and other?) promotions?

Hi,
During that Tuesday promotion we had to turn it off because so many members wanted to place multiple orders of the Grab bag which means each time they had to add the grab bag product therefore we needed to turn the flag off for that 24 hrs.
So far that is the only type of promotion that we have had to disable the flag for that short period.
