Hi again:
I was individually baking some items in an animated scene, and one of them -- about half way through -- stopped and Vue popped up with "Aborted Illumination Baking" with no further explanation. Any idea why this happens?
This was on an imported OBJ model (with grouped parts), and I thought that might be the issue, so I saved it out as a Vue model perhaps, and re-imported, but this did not make a difference.

Vue won't bake complicated objects.

Hey Shawn:
What constitutes as a complicated object? Is there a cutoff point mentioned somewhere? Also, it would be nice if it would know if an object was too complicated to bake BEFORE it tried baking it. :(

Too many polygons and/or multiple objects that were merged together before importing into Vue. Vue much prefers baking its own primitive objects.
Send your Vue scene to the e-on techs so they can optimize their code more for the next version of Vue.
