Hi all,
I am trying to install my Vue 8. Fronier onto another laptop as my original lappy is dying. I got the prog from the 3D World magazine.
When I try to install it on the new computer, the licence number on my original one seems to be too long for the spaces provided.
Can anybody help me with this please?

Three things:
Serial number
Installation code
Activation code
Make sure you are using the right numbers for the right fields. Your account on e-on's page should tell you what code you registered with. Let a tech there know you want to transfer your account to another laptop if online activation isn't working.
