Here is a dynamic dress for V4. I plan on adding this and others to the freestuff forum as soon as I can wrap my burnt-out old head around the procedure, and check on licensing requirements for the textures I am using. Comments welcome...

@Sa_raneth - I have shown a shorter version of this in a previous thread.  The dress has long sleeves. I can make them any length using my current process, and it can be accomnplished in a very short time unless the mesh needs major tweaking as is sometimes the case.
