P2012, Windows 7 64bit

I lost everything to a crash and now I am going through the agony of re-installing. I vaguely remember a couple of items that need to be selected or unselected in Edit/Preference, having to do with enhancing the speed of rendering and I think something to check or uncheck if I am using Weight Mapped, which I am. Oh, and another chance to thanks those guys at Poser Place.

Since no one else has offered any advice...

Under "Launch Behavior" - Many people setup the pose room the way they like it (delete the robot, etc) and Click "Set Prefered Scene" after clicking "Launch to prefered scene.

Under "Render" set number of threads to the number of cores your processor supports (or double that number if you have a hyperthreading processor... although there is a difference of opinion as to how much this really helps) and check "Separate Process"

Under "Misc" DO NOT check "Use external binary morph targets.

These are the only changes I have made. Hope they work for you.
