re: The MarketPlace
I have a problem and it goes like this ...
Some time ago (perhaps a few years) I purchased an item from the MarketPlace here.
Now I go search for that item on my PC and can not find it because I probably bought a new PC and the item (files) that I want somehow got lost or didn't get transferred to the new PC.
No problem, I'll just purchase the item again ... HEY, and it's on sale, too, for less than $10. So I try to put it in my cart and ... Guess what ... I can't buy it ... (flagged as an 'error') because I already purchased it some time ago ... but I no longer have it and I want to buy it (again).
Nope, sorry, you already bought it and can't buy it again. ... WHAT ???
Now, I can understand that it is "user friendly" to "warn" one that the item was previously purchased so that purchases (especially the expensive ones) are not accidentally duplicated ... BUT ... What if I have been "warned" (about the "error") and still want to buy the item again ... ??????????????????
What th' hey ???
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Mods ???
cheers,
dr (bob) geep
;=]
P.S. I have already got a friend to (re)purchase the item for me so that I have it on my new PC. ............... But, what about .... next time ?????

Hey Dr Geep ... but if you get that error it MUST be in your downloads or a staff member CAN put it in your downloads again ..
The fact that you switched PC's does not matter with your records here on their servers ..
To be honnest .. with all the good help you spread around here you should get it for free anyway

I discovered recently that if I go into the "Account" section here, there is then a secondary optionof "Item List".
In that "Item List" view you can search by item name... or sort by vendor name...
Cheers ;-)
