i was on Daz3D.com and i was looking for the specific V4 and M4 products, but i couldnt find the exact product with just the basic characters. i only found different character morphs and bundle packs, which i didnt really desire. how do i find just the basic models of the Genesis characters?

In the search, try V4 base.  Probably everything with "base" in the name will show, but 'just the V4 figure' is "V4 base."

Edit:  Just tried it.  Type "base" and you get about 70 listings.  "V4 Base" gives you everything for V4 for over 2,000 items.

V4/M4 are not Genesis;  Genesis is the generation 5 doll.  There is only one base Genesis doll, and all the Gen5 characters (V5, M5, Kids 5, troll, etc) are morphs of the Genesis base.

Yes, but you are also correct about V/M 4 and under not being specifically for Genesis, but I think they can be used in D|S 4 and are backwards compatable.

Really, this should be in another forum so people more familiar with Genesis can answer more fully. :)

Are you looking for the old V4 and M4 figures or the new morphs that let you turn Genesis into the V4 and M4 shapes ?
