Subject: cannot place an order

trying to place an order but it won't go through.

i tried using two different credit cards.  is Rosity having any problems with orders?

 

get the following message:

We Encountered An Error
We're sorry, but we had a problem processing your request. The error or errors encountered were:

There was a problem processing your card
Verisign response code was 99, which means: General error: update failed

Please correct these errors and try your request again.

 

what does this mean??  and what should i do?

Hi Goldie,

We did have a problem in the early morning hours.  Have you tried again?  Try it and let me know if you are still experiencing this issue.

thanks for your reply...all is well now, but, while it was happening, sorta freaked me out :)
