Subject: cannot place an order

trying to place an order but it won't go through.

i tried using two different credit cards.  is Rosity having any problems with orders?

 

get the following message:

We Encountered An Error
We're sorry, but we had a problem processing your request. The error or errors encountered were:

There was a problem processing your card
Verisign response code was 99, which means: General error: update failed

Please correct these errors and try your request again.

 

what does this mean??  and what should i do?
