Mediasponge has crafted a script:
http://www.sharecg.com/v/62405/view/8/Script/Tcl-script-to-fix-damaged-Daz-binaries
and
Kendall Spears released one here:
http://ovbi.org/gallery/v/krsears/utilities/
(as announced on DAZ forums)
I got a false positive (so I was told) against the latter item from my Norton 360 anti-malware program. In fact, Norton 360 removed the exe file altogether.
Haven't tried the first one, sorry.
(PS - I don't use DS not its content these days, but some of my re-downloads from my account are not launching anymore, and those are for Poser as well.)

Kendall's script gets flagged by Norton because it modifies .exe files, definitely suspicious behavior for something which doesn't have a WOT backing it up. So it's not surprising, but it IS a false positive.

I've used Kendalls fix with no problems once I found out how to change the file name, also wanted to say I've Never had a problem with AV, am using Symantec Corporate edition.
