i been struggling with chewing motions for M4 and D3.
(oops, i forgot to check if animated expressions can be saved to Face library.)

Maybe it will be easier to add 'nomms'  to the lipsync dictionary?

has anyone made sense of the dictionary?  i'm guessing the words need to be divided into syllables?  well nomms is one syllable.  but, i have a bunch of made-up scifi words and spell incantations.  It would be a help to learn how to add to the dictionary.

Thanks!

I had no idea there was a dictionary. I assumed Poser read the text and converted it using a system like 'Soundex', thus permitting the User to input any string of characters. Sadly, I don't what dialect or accent they base the conversion to facial movements. I don't think there are any phonemes directly related to chewing.

i can't remember the name of the dictionary file, not at the pc.  there was a bunch of "!"s in it.  and there needs a corresponding lipsync.xml file for a character.

making the blink option work for non-poser characters is another science, lol.

maybe a FBM for eyes open close and naming it blink.  worth a try
