Really confusing, I keep getting notices from items that I have already purchased and that have not been in my wishlist for quite sometime! See below>>> just received!

This isn't the only item either! And after I purchase something in my wishlist I do remove it it promptly. Often sending it straight from the wishlist to the cart. If no one else has mentioned this it has been happening on this particular product since the second week it came out.
