I have had nothing but bad luck cross three versions of poser, and two different computers with cloth room. I am now using 2012 Pro on a brand new system with a fresh install and darnit it still does not work. What happens is any dynamic item with any char will just sit and freeze the system and never go any place when I hit sim. Now if I do not have colisions on then no issue but the cloth does not work very well that way :) If I take a cube, very basic item and put a simple cloth object like a square cloth and use colisions it still locks up, even only one drape frame.

As you see I have tried to make it as simple as I can yet nothing seems to work.

Has anyone seen this before and any clue how to fix?

Windows 7 64 and Poser Pro 2012 64, is it the 64 bit progs?

Do you have Poser installed outside of the programs directory?

Yes it is on it's own drive.

Can you have Poser in the Programs Dir and the content on another drive?

Have you installed SR 2?

I thought there were bugs with drape in Poser Pro 2012, and that they were addressed in the SR.  But it's a distant memory, so I could easily be wrong.

Seems to work now in the prog dir as long as I do not use drape with sr2.1

Ah, so drape is still a problem?

I did have some sims I had to redo in Poser Pro 2010 without a problem that wouldn't sim in 2012, but I really thought the SR fixed them. Oh, well.
