Subject: Why does Renderosity keep deleting the timezone from my profile?

wimvdb ( ) posted Sat, 23 June 2012 at 1:25 PM · edited Mon, 02 December 2024 at 8:06 PM

If I logout, the timezone preference in my profile is reset to the default.

This has happening since a few weeks. Has anything been changed there?

Hello,

We have not heard of anyone else having problems with this.

Please let me know what browser you are using so I can look into this further.

Thank you,

IE9. Before I posted I tried it out directly. I logged in, time was set to -5.00 American time, then I changed it to Amsterdam time, Saved it, checked it in the forums - everything set to Amsterdam time. Then I logged out and logged it again - sure enough, back to -500 American

This has started to happen not too long ago. Up to that time, never a problem with it. I have had IE9 installed since it was released.

I can confirm this one, just tested it now. :) Set time to America,Toronto, logged out and when I logged back in it was rest to the default time zone.  I'm using Firefox 13.

Hi,

I too can confirm this, in IE and Opera.

I adjust the timezone in my profile and it gets saved successfully. But it always reverts to "-0500: America/Chicago". Regardless if I logged out/in or if I only closed my Browser. This issue started only few days ago, iirc.

Please see to this. Thanks!

I will have the programmerd look into this and I'm sure they will fix it as soon as they can.

Thank you for letting us know and have a nice day!
