Whichever graphics app you use should have a "Save for Web" option.  Use that to reduce the filesize without greatly compromising quality.

AFAIK, the Renderosity Advisory thumbnail is the way to go if you need one, though.

Ditto on ST's response.  Also the way to get images down to size for both the gallery and forum posts.

the awnser was already given ..i just like to ad , that if you want to use that advisory thumbnail at renderosity ..its wasted time..

Its NOT alowed by the TOS to use any other advisory thumbnail then the "blue" one provided by renderosity ..

I thought to mention it because i spent a nice time making a cool one myself ..just to get this response to it from Rendo staff 😉

FYI  From Admin:

"We have allowed members to create their own brand of thumbnails to use on their nude/violent images, as long as they only use the same one throughout their gallery on their nude/violent images.  As long as there is no violence or nudity on it, and no 'description' on said thumbnail..like 'nudity' 'beware nudity inside' 'image contains violence' etc.  It cannot contain any text or look like a censored thumbnail."

TOS states:

"If you fail to upload a thumb, our system automatically generates a thumb for you, which is a miniature of your entire image. If your image contains nudity or violence, you must not use this feature. You must upload your own thumbnail which excludes the nudity/violence and is within the thumbnail size limits (minimum 100 x 100, maximum 200 x 200, max file size 15kb."

If you are in question if your thumbnail is within the TOS, just contact  a staff member.  We are always glad to help you.

Hello coordinator singanprayisme;

Thank you for your informative message:I already use renderosity's standart custom advisory thumb on my pin-up works for the nudity warning,But to be honest, as an designer & illustrator, sometimes I want to use my own unique design,because of that I ask that question to forum members,and I think you read the member Chris's answer to me!:-)But if I'm not mistaken you say "You can use your own thumbnail" OK?And the other question;can I design and use  differen't thumbs for the nudity-Violence and bad language? İf it's OK, when the thumbs are ready,I can send to you the samples for your confirmation to use! Thanks in advance,I'll wait your answer:-)))

My best regards

You can make one thumbnail following the quoted instructions above.  You can't make 3 separate thumbs.  Yes, please send me your thumb when you finish if you are unsure.  Annie B.
