I did not receive the most recent weekly newsletter. I checked my profile which indicates I have subscribed and updated it just in case. The last newsletter I received was on June 20. If there was one on June 27 I didn't get it. The last Store Staff message I got was on June 23.
The reason I am asking is because I was deleted from the mailing list once before even though my profile said I was a subscriber. I don't want to miss any coupon offers!

I did not receive the newsletter. I have sent an email to this effect to marketing@renderosity.com. Can someone on the staff please forward a copy of newsletters and market announcements while the automatic systemis being fixed?

Here is my idea of what may have happened. On account of some database glitch - they happen, no system is perfect - the newsletter with my member id is sent to the wrong address, so I don't get it. But suppose the person who got it clicks on the do not send link. That means my userid ends up on the 'do not send' lest which over-rides the mailing list. I have no way to reverse that - which is a design flaw - and the systems peope seem to have a rule - misguided - of bever touching the opt out list. So here I amm a faithful customer since 1966 - how many of those you have - unable to get the newsletter and take advantage of special offers. OK if it happened once, but this is the second time it happened, so whatever happened hasn't been fixed, and neither is there a standard procedure for taking care of it. This is less than wonderful.

I am subscribed to the newsletter according to my view of my profile.
There is nothing wrong with my email service - I am getting all messages sent by Renderosity on marketplace purchace confirmation, on gallery comments, and calendar updates. The only possible reason for my not getting the newsletter is that it isn't being sent in spite of my subscription. Has the technical staff been told they have a problem? What do they say about resolving iit?
I am attaching a snapshot of my profile showing that I an subscribed and should be getting the newletter and notices of special offers.

I don't think so but I could have missed it. I get lots of email. But I received the Forum Reply alert sett at 12:20 pm this morning and I received order confirmation messages from Renderosity.com yesterday at 7:54 pm. In fact, I have never failed to receive an order conformation message. So I don't know what is going on.
The email address in my profile is correct I just now checked it to be sure. And it is working for all emails from renderosity except the newsletter.
The last time I stopped getting the newsletter the problem was that I had been put on an 'opt out' list apparently on account of an email glithch. Could you kindly ask the technical staff to check whether that has happened again?
And if you try another test message, use the address in my profiile. It looks correct to me and it is working for all the renderosity messages that are getting through.

I just got back from lunch, and yes, I got your email.
And the last time the newsletter stopped I wsa told it was because I had clicked the 'unsubscribe' link on one of them. I had no memory of doing that. If so, it ws pure accident. But I'm wondering if that unsubscribe record is still lurking in the newsletter data base and got reapplied. That would certainly account for the newsletter stopping.
