Subject: Prime Renewal Discount Fails to Apply.

As an original Prime Member last July, I was delighted with the 20% coupon offered - that is until I tried to activate the code which came up as expired so my order#112164781 for $49.98 dated 07/17/2012 remains unpaid. I am on a disability pension & while I could manage $40 that $10 more was just a killer. I placed the order so as not to miss out on the discount (last year the introductry price was a bargain $25) & avoid the delay in processing my request.

Please fix this up ASAP by applying the coupon to my order & then I can immediately pay with PayPal, as usual.  Love Prime, have saved heaps & want to continue doing so.  When my membership elsewhere expires early Oct, it will not be renewed - RMP & Prime offer far better pricing, value & range as well as customer service. (When RMP changed/upgraded the website it all worked, like we expected it would)

Hello,

We have tested the coupon code and find it to work fine for us.

Make sure that you are entering PRIMERENEWAL20P49 on the 3rd step of the checkout process in the Coupon tab.

 

Please try again and if it doesn't work please let me know.
