Subject: Render Rewards coupon expired, but haven't used it yet, and just received it?

Hi. I am new so I apologize if I am doing something wrong in advance. =-)

 

I received an email that I had a render rewards coupon for 5.39. This was 2 days ago. However, when I tried to use this coupon, on a 7.00 item it told me it had expired already. It should not expire until the end of the month.

I have never used this coupon, and would like to. I emailed support about this matter, but received no response from anyone.

 

It is not an urgent thing, but I would like to buy some photoshop brushes, and wish to know how I might use this coupon code that I have been awarded. If anyone might advise me, that would be nice.

Yes, I do this, and when I apply it, it says its expired. However I just recieved it, and it doesn't work.

I was making sure as you stated above you would like to know how to use the coupon code you have been awarded.

I have logged in as you, copy and pasted the code in the "gift certificate" box and clicked the "apply" button and your Render Rewards did apply to your order correctly.

It worked this time. I have tried it twice in the last two days, and it told me invalid coupon code. Not sure why, but thanks!
