The default scene in Poser Pro 2012 is set differently than previous versions, that is why you see the floor.
You can change the default scene options to be the same as previous versions.

If you don't want the ground at all, make it invisible, as suggested above.
If you want only the shadows from the ground to appear in your PNG, then:
Go into the advanced materials tab.
Select the ground prop.
Check Shadow_Catch_Only.
(I think in previous versions of Poser this was the default for the ground.)

Making the ground invisible can be found in the Properties/Parameters panel.
