It appears the new-style url issues are resolved for Poser Place (at least I can now get in again.)
It does not appear to have any posts in the last few months, but the site appears to be back.

Tha's good to hear. I may have accessed the site earlier in the week and have also found a lack of current posts.

About the time people started being able to get back onto the site, it had another crash or something and about 2 months of posts disappeared. That seemed to kill anything new.

I had given up even trying to get to this site. I just tried, and whatever they did, I can now get into the site.

I'd love to see you all start posting. It was a great little community there before the troubles hit. I really enjoyed the collaborative approach to projects and I'd love to see something start up again now that I have a little more to contribute.

The gurus working on it got hired by Smith Micro to do the development work on the new characters from them, as I understand it. Money trumps freebees every time. I fully understand. I'm like you, though... would love to see a WM M4 in addition to Tyler and company.

Good to have it back

I'm not sure that is so actually. There was some talk about working on some of the SM characters, but I dont know if it has gone anywhere such as that just yet

Yes PoserPlace is back up and running again. Sorry it went down for awhile (DNS issues) I was out mending a broken heart and was not watching the site.
The SM character work is dead as Coop never did follow up on those projects. Wheather they are doing something themselves with them in secret or not I dont know and I no longer care to work with them.
New projects at PoserPlace will be our own and never need to rely on any other approval or support.
The Revalations figures are moving along again. :)
Cheers,
Mike.
