I don't know what this style is called.  It is worn by young men with anti-social attitudes, or so popular culture informs me.  It is probably from the mid-20th Century.

The hair in the front is rolled into some type of gravity-defying missile-shaped protrusion.  The back is a "ducktail", below collar length.  Prominent sideburns may also be worn.
