Hi all,
Not sure if I asked this before or not.
I want to make sure I'm using the files I'm supposed to be for making textures.
I did a morph all morning for Michael Knight and am happy with it.
Where do I find M4's V4's templates?
Thanks for any help. It's appreciated.
Much easier doing morphs in Poser --- now I just have to do a hair piece for him. I think it looks much better than before. I'll post pics later on for you all to help with your feed back.

You can get them from DAZ, where you bought the figure.
Several other people have made seam guides (for ease of use) maps for these two
Or you can just run the OBJ file thru the free UVMapper and make your own

Cool --- thanks Marla....
Not advanced yet to make my own, LOL. I'll go back to DAZ and see if I missed those in the downloads. .

You can download M4 seam guides here:
http://www.daz3d.com/shop/michael-4-base-male-3d-model (bottom of the page there is a link)
V4 seam guides here:
http://www.daz3d.com/shop/victoria-4-2-base
or templates on the Resource Files tab on the page above.

I just tried downloading the seam guides--been wanting them for some time. But the M4 link is broken. The V4 link, on the opening page, is broken too, but if you hit the "Resources" tab--down near the bottom of the page--it'll give you another link to her textures, which works.
Anyone else have any luck with the M4 texture link?

As mentioned, if you are unable to find a link, you can load their OBJ's into UVMapper and export a template for texturing.
Edit: SnowSultan does frequent the forum, you can ask where the seam guides are currently posted.

Oh, this is what you definitely need for skin and second skin texturing.

Thanks hborre for giving him the link to my site, I'm sorry I didn't notice this thread until now. Between DAZ's complete rearranging of their store and my removal of my stuff from this site, I decided to put everything there so it could be found in one place and kept up to date.
Hopefully that's what you need Johnny and good luck with your texture!
