Hi there :)
Such a special and great idea for this month, dear Carin.
It offers many possibilities.
And my dear friend Jeff, you gave an excellent opening for this. It's so beautiful!
One question,
how did you Jeff, to get an image that big shown, from such a small picture here?
Greetings to all!
J-M ;-)

What a cool idea! I love shots with repetition, and this should produce some nice work! Thanks for the link from last month, Dierbaar. You rock! :)

Very nice shot Jeff.
Whta does it means "odd or even"? 1,3,5... or 2,4,6?
Or is it like a idiomatic sense?
kgb224 posted Sun, 02 September 2012 at 4:43 PM
Celart as I see it 1,3 and 5 etc odds and 2,4 and 6 etc - even.
I might be wrong though.
God Bless.
auntietk posted Sun, 02 September 2012 at 8:34 PM
Arturo ... it's the literal sense of odd or even numbers, 1,3,5 and 2,4,6, etc ... not the idiomatic sense. Anything repeated, in other words. Not one balcony, but two or three or ten. Not one car, but a pair or a row or a parking lot.
Hope that helps! :)

I did not manage to guess what it is Mies, I am really intrigued!
Here is another one difficult to guess, based on an odd number, the 3 (the towers and the triangle of space on the top left)
Thanks for this exciting subject for the challenge, it is a very clever idea, and everyone has posted great entries. These challenges are very exciting and make me learn a lot watching the interesting ways to treat a topic that everyone shows, this is a great way of learning from others.

You know Jordy, I like how many things one can 'count' here, 'even or odd'.
Because I also see a variety of horizontal and vertical lines with numbers. I don't know if you've counted them yourself?
I love the glow on the big towers, I guess: maybe it's barrels of oil, steam, but actually I have no idea. ;-)
-Jordi- posted Sat, 08 September 2012 at 9:31 AM
Interesting, I did not count, I did it now and it seems they are groups of 10, so it is also even!
They are wine towers, from a wine factory
dochtersions posted Sat, 08 September 2012 at 10:37 AM
Thanks for your answer, Jordi.
I would never have guessed there is wine in the great vessels.
I only know wine in large wooden barrels with a tap on it.
Which one can see in France and Germany.
Well, provost (or cheers?) then, "on your health"!; I have no idea how many liters you can drink here. ;-)

Yes, I can imagine that, my friend!
Here we rebuilt our house with our own hands. Abort old stables, cleaning all the bricks, build again. Because there was no bathroom, no toilet in the house then.
I don't know what is a hottub, but I think this is food. ;-)
And I hope this hottub, gives you new energy !!!

auntietk posted Fri, 14 September 2012 at 9:22 PM
Hot tub IS like a jacuzzi ... the terms seem to be interchangeable. I wouldn't drink the water, though! It's got chlorine in it, just like a swimming pool would. The water is about 102F, and you can have the water jets on (which makes it a jacuzzi) or off (which makes it a hot tub.)
No food involved! :P
Very relaxing for sore muscles. :)

Thnks , Carin ! I never thought to leave, but I had to solve the problems, in part remained, but with the hope of having full control of the situation!

Hi everybody!
Hello dear Mario, so happy to see your beautiful pictures, great class!
Congratulations on your grandson, hopefully you're okay soon.
I love what I see, such special and fine 'beauties' in even or odd; beautiful flowers, towers, so impressive., beautiful blue fish and even a ship.
Haha, the deer legs I will not eat, dear Helle. I am sorry. If you please give me an Aloe plant?
Unfortunately I can not be active on RR, but I will never skip the challenge.

Beautiful photos, Jacomina! :-)

SOO cute little elves, Jacomina :-) Not to mention the wonderful cactus.
OK not yours...and the aloes are not mine.. They started with one, that I took a shot of a couple of years back. Now I see they have four. WOW! Dont know if they are from same plant though.

Very beautiful images , dear Mies ! Many thanks for your words !

Quote - Maria - I guess you will have to do "he loves me" "he loves me not" to determine odd or even! :)
What a shame... I cannot do it ... I don't have a "he" so I ask if "he loves me" or "he love me not"! ;-)

Such a very nice collection of stones, and a fun idea for a photo, Helle.
I like your composition, in a way those stones 'speak' to me ;-).
