Hello everyone, I have a friend who needs to be able to do vector graphics for their business but doesn't have thousands of dollars to spend to buy a program which can handle/create them. Does anyone know of a good program out there that's cheap or better yet free, that they would be able to use to create and use vector graphics with?

Thanks for any links or information you might have.

Inkscape is free. I haven't really used it myself, but it has to be worth checking out.
