Following on from MysticEagle's thread about nudity...
Surely someone else must have seen the recent preponderance (or is it protruberance?) of Poser product adverts featuring females with enormous norks. A flippin' ninja, of all things, with chuffin' airbags. I'm not saying anything about the quality of the model(s) or owt derogatory about anything really. This is merely an observation regarding the increasing trend to increasing boobies.
Yes, we've always had a number of characters with large (or very large) funbags but lately there seems to be an overwhelming number of 'em, even in ads for products which seemingly have nowt do do with mammaries.
Even a new figure at CP has chesticles of enormous magnitude, and you can bet your bottom dollar that the majority of female Poser stuff features a model with gigantic top bollocks.
Please don't misunderstand me; I like boobies. All sizes, too, unless they're ludicrously big - as in the Porn "actress" Letha Weapons - but this playing to the lowest common denomitator is getting real old real fast.

Nobody cares about the shape of a figure, as long as there a lots poly's.

Why complain about breast sizes being dialed /morphed in by others.
There are many options available for everyone's needs in terms of figure morphs and even render engines.
Poser has a reputation as a" Nekkid fantasy boobie chick" application for a reason and it is not merely "pro" application user "snobbery" over at CGsociety
It is the undeniable reality of what you see coming out of poser these days.

American men can be immensely charming when they want to be, and European men can be downright thugs.
Canadian men seem to have very little personality/personality quirks in comparison to those from south of the border or across the pond (perhaps they're just kinda shy), with the exception of the francophones, who have charm by the shedloads.
The most charming I've met, though, are West Texans, who also seem to have the best manners of the lot.

However, there are distinct advantages in both happiness and wealth among those who are more beautiful.
So I'd say that those who alter their bodies to make them more beautiful know exactly what matters. People care about looks far more than personality. Some of us claim that we don't, but when we're tested, it turns out, unconsciously, we absolutely do.

There's no correlation between intelligence and happiness, nor between intelligence and wealth, or between kindness and happiness, nor between kindness and wealth. Nor are honesty and loyalty rewarded with either happiness or wealth.
Movie stars are rich & beautiful. are they happy ?

I was tested. And won. LOL. I found that the more you love someone, the more attractive they become to you. So it all works out in the end ;). It just so happens this guy (not too pretty but loaded with everything else) had two attributes I DO like: dark hair and blue or green eyes. LOL

That's odd. I value kindness, honesty, humor, intelligence and trust. Hmmm...maybe I'm doing it wrong. Material things are fleeting: they come and go like the common cold, but those things I mentioned are priceless and a rare thing these days.

Real breasts can be small, medium and large. Only in CG do they come as deadly weapons.

When Isaid "test", I meant that when pretty people are put out on the street and they ask for help, they get it from strangers more often and with more enthusiasm than if they are plain or ugly. Various experiments of this sort have been replicated endlessly. There may be confounds: perhaps plain people just aren't quite as friendly in their manner of asking for help.
When that confound is removed by using photos and people are asked to do various things for them online and so on, the results are pretty much the same.
Also, when people are shown photos which have previously been rated as attractive, they also rate them as more honest, kinder, more intelligent, even when given no more information than is available by looking at them.
So sometimes people think they are valuing people for their personalities, but they've already decided they like their personality before they ever knew them -- and they had judged them solely on appearance right from the start.
It's an unconscious bias. Humans have many such biases, such as the one that favours youth. I'm not saying it can't be overcome or that everyone has it or has it to the same degree. But I think it's wise not to deny that it exists for the majority of people and that it can have a rather profound effect on people's lives.

Movie stars are so far beyond the main curve. They have numerous other problems such as drug addiction, narcissism, papparazzi problems. They are outliers.
I'm talking about ordinary, but better than average looking people. Other people treat them better and judge them less harshly, even when the only information they have about them is what they look like. Just how it is. In general, people are nicer to nice looking people. They are also nicer to better dressed people.
So while a few people will claim not to judge people by their looks, the vast majority of mankind still does judge people by their looks, and in that environment, it's wise to make yourself as pretty as you can (and to dress as nicely as you can).

In regard to giant breast morphs on various poser figures (which I think is grotesque, but that's just my opinion), I've often noticed that those who utilize such morphs rarely compensate for the mesh UV distortion by scaling down the areola texture. The result is a blurry, hideous mess. Go figure?

Well, they judge you for not wearing a suit; you judge them for wearing a suit. I don't see a big difference. Still judging people by what they wear.
My husband is one of the most liberal minded, compassionate, and non-judgmental people I know, and he was raised by hippie farmers on Saltspring Island. But he is required to wear a suit for his job and he wears a military haircut because he doesn't care enough about making a statement with his appearnce to bother growing his hair. No doubt you'd immediately assume he wasn't worth your time, which would be sad, because he wouldn't assume the same about you.
As for pretty girls in strip bars... I thought the ones that made the most were the ones most willing to grind their crotches in people's faces. In other words: the skankiest. The pretty girls probably aren't as willing to do it. Why? Because outside, in the rest of their lives, they don't have to. They're not used to it. The ugly ones have to be skanky all the time to get attention. They're experts. ;)

Didn't make me a different person. Besides which, a dickhead in a suit is a dickhead, same as a dickhead in a leather jacket is a dickhead. Clothes, most emphatically, do not make the man.

I haven't visited an ecdysiast emporium in many years but I don't recall any particular correlation between looks and work ethic. In a job where your income is largely dependent on tips, I don't think the 'I'm too pretty for this' attitude would work out too well. I'm guessing that the average looking girl who comes across as friendly, approachable and easy to talk to is going to go home with more than one who depends on looks alone but I defer to the economists since there is apparently there is quite a body of economic research. A lot of pictures I'm seeing now go way, way beyond that into what I call the grotesque. And when I've looked at the galleries here or over at DA, I have to bite my lip and not make a comment about being turned off to someone's image because of the size of the bresticles. I am absolutely not disagreeing with this. It's totally true.
All I'm saying is that, out there in the world, when you are dealing with strangers, you will be better treated if you are attractive. And first impressions make a huge difference for a lot of people, even long after you are no longer strangers. Hence we dress up for interviews. Or at least we do if we want the job.
I also think that rebelling against these biases is a completely legitimate way to live, and it definitely takes courage to do it. But I don't blame people who aren't willing to rebel. I believe conformity, just like rebellion, is a legitimate choice as long as it does not advocate or permit unjust or unnecessary violence.

Well, you're right. I shouldn't have used the word "skanky" since it has a lot of negative connotations. Alas, English does not have a huge vocabulary for describing "sexual" behavior that doesn't carry negative meanings. I didn't want to use the word "sexy" because I can't imagine anything about a strip club being remotely sexy. To me, the word "depressing" would be more appropriate. But I get that men must see it differently.
But I doubt that the girls who are "friendliest" really do have a nice attitude or care much for their customers. Surely they are sales people more than anything.

Actually I think a discussion about stereotypical depictions of women's bodies leading to decriptions of misogny is a competely predictable progression. Objectification of the person as a body (and obsession with it) is a major component of sexism.

Very true.
Hmmm. But in still images, is a small member as aesthetically pleasing as a larger one?
Not having had unfettered locker room access, I can't attest to the typical range of sizes, but it seems to me that most "artistic" or pinup photos (and the few renders that appear here and there) that feature male genitals tend toward the mid to larger end of the scale. Am I wrong, I wonder?
