Subject: Double payment

1st Paypal ID: 07041347DR1991325

2nd Paypal ID: 5B56450202115881P

 

Based on the only "Payment for Order" email from Renderosity, the first payment is the good one, and the 2nd is the one which needs to be refunded.

Paypal shows both as "completed", which implies they believe Renderosity recieved both.

 

Longer version:

After the 1st payment, the order showed "unpaid, no shipping" and Paypal showed no record of it.

 

I waited a few minutes, refreshed the order page and the Paypal transactions page. Gave up and hit the Paypal button, inside the order page.

After that, my order was shown paid.

And, then Paypal suddenly showed both attempts (as "completed"). Credit card has been charged for both.

 

If I'd checked my emails...

The Renderosity "Payment for Order" email showed that the first payment was recieved.

But Renderosity didn't send an email for the second payment.

(Of course, Paypal sent emails for both payments).
