Subject: Purchase today did the 10% discount but not my gift certificate

Hello.

Could you help me at this. I applied the 10% deduction for purchases over $20 and then I applied my render rewards for $6.19, which apparently went through because I have no render rewards left now.

Grand total was $22.47.

But the price next to my paid order now is $28.66

 

Yes, could you please help me at this.
