Subject: Lucient hair zips seem to be broken

All the zip files in the Lucien product cannot be opened.

All other files in my purchase opened without problems.

I tried both the Windows 7 built-in zip as well as a recent version of 7-zip

Please check if these are broken or again another zip program has to be purchased

Hi,

One of our testers have tried these files and finds it to be working properly.  They did say to let you know the file size is large so make sure that they completely download before trying to open them.

Zip1 - 43.1

Zip2 - 30.09

Zip3 - 43.74

Zip4 - 16.55

A redownload fixed it.

Size was almost identical but not quite. It is still very strange that all four files were of the same product which had the problem. All files from the other products I downloaded in the same purchase did not have this problem.

The filesizes you mentioned are not accurate enough:
For SAV_LucientHair_1 the failing zip was 45.195.153 bytes, the correct one as 45.198.073 bytes. Windows reports for both of them 43.1MB.

Must have been a server hickup (assuming you use multiple servers)
