I tried to redownload the file and it still says same thing "you have reached the maxium download" Could you plz reset this again... order # 111133834

I've reset it for you. Please be sure to have any download accelerators/managers disabled when downloading from Rendo

Hi Stacey,

Still the same,Still will not download, I dont know if it matters but this is within the GIFTS section.... I have popups off and restarted browser still no difference...

Oh yeah that does make a difference because I was resetting your account downloads but now I've reset that specific order number. Sorry about that:)
