Subject: No Vue..!?

No Vue category in the department drop down menu now, makes it difficult to find Vue products. Can you put it back please, we don't all use Poser..!

Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see a Bryce or 3d model (obj) category either. I know for a fact that there are some people who buy here that don't use Poser or Studio.

How did you get your departments to show up?  This is what mine looks like; even the sub categories.   Does work to keep me from spending money here tho'..LOL

That's weird.  This is mine when I hover over 'Dept'

Could be the usual cache problem - try emptying and then see what you get?

McAfee's cleans my pc every week.  This has been going on since they did the site update earlier this year. Maybe just a firefox thing.  I don't use Windows or Chrome.

I've got no other ideas then.  I'm using Chrome and it just worked from the start.   However, a lot of products may not be in place yet as they've all got to be moved and shuffled round :(

I checked it in Windows & Chrome. It seems to be just a firefox thing .  I'd forgotten what color the site actually is.  And that could be the problem. I used firefox color change on rendo.  Maybe it changed the font color somehow.

There was a notice on the front page regarding the much needed and long requested by customers dept restructure.  We and the vendors are still working on getting products into the correct accurate depts. So as stated in the Front page article, please be patient as we work through this major change.

 

In the meantime you can use the search putting VUE in to pull up all VUE products and then see the dept structure on the leftside bar to narrow down more of what type of VUE item you are looking for.

Also fixer, since this was posted in the wrong forum and only got moved to the appropriate one within the last 30 minutes, it was not seen by the Marketplace Staff til now. So for quicker response in the future, please be sure and use the appropriate forum area for your questions or concerns.

If you don't like the new chages to the site here is a reply I got via email.

 

Hi.

 

That is an intended change to the Departments Structure/Reorganizing that is currently in progress. Not a mistake. 

 

The changes to Departments is one that we will be implementing over the next week, and after that period will be permanent to the site and will not be changed or reversed. We truly feel that after a period of adjustment, and time for all products to be moved into their correct areas your shopping experience will be improved. These changes along with the enhancements to the search function, as well as some other overall site improvements that are still in the works will all work together to improve the overall function of the site, and therefore your experience as a buyer.

 

We are sorry you feel this way. We just hope you will give it some time and see if your opinion changes at all.
