Im not sure what you are asking here..?
Is this an image you have found at another website? Are you attempting to report this 'ripped' image to the artist?

Yes, I am.... I quite enjoy when people post art WITH the artists name, but when it's ripped like this it is very upsetting... it was done to me as well. I want to know the artist so I can tell them and give credit to them on the page that is displaying them. I've not seen this one so I have no ideas who has done it.
Pic is on Facebook on a page with several other ripped pics... :(

I have reported a lot of pages to other artists and have resulted in them being taken down or the page owners asking permission. Most of the artists don't mind as long as they have credit given... and some of the page owners (mainly the ones in France) have the gaul to tell the artists that that is not their picture and they found it on the internet... which of course is bull in most cases. As an artist, it drives me nuts...

Ok, well altho I understand the frustration, if its not an image that is from a Renderosity artist, we unfortunately can't do anything about it, and since you found it on Facebook..well :(
If however you know that an image posted elsewhere that you are absolutely sure is by an artist here at Rendo and that the image was taken from Rendo, then you can send a sitemail to the creator, and they can email copyrights@renderosity.com and our copyright agent can request the website take it down from their servers.
Unfortunately only the creator or their licensed representing agent can send off a legal cease and desist letter. If other well meaning artists do so, it could cause problems for the artist whose work has been ripped/stolen :(

Yes, I know... I wasn't aware the last pic wasn't from rendo... but at least I found the person...
The french pages tho (france) could care less about copyright laws in the us and won't take anything down unless you can PROVE to them it's yours...

www.tineye.com may help. It will find sites with the image posted.

I have seen that pic here and I thought it was done by Fabiana?! It was a few months back, not many. It is in the promo for "Beautiful Gothic" backgrounds... I am going to look. Here is the product>>> http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/beautiful-gothic-vii-winter-collection/75643 I do remember that pic tho... :P
Theres a redirect to the product. Maybe it was someone who did a promo pic for her?
