Poser offers a simple way to copy left arm symmetrically to the right for a single frame, which is great, but how do I do this for multiple frames?

does anyone know of a way to do this? is there a script for this?

Also if I have a walk animation for example is there a way to copy the first step to the second by symmetrically for the entire body?

any help would be much appreciated
