Each year, as a lot of members do, I create my Christmas card for all my friends here at R'osity. I have completed mine.
Now along comes the Christmas contest. I would like to enter the scene in the contest but there are restraints because of contest rules. The rules make it fair and hopefully prevent trolling for votes.
Do I make a hurry up image for you guys and enter the original in the contest or do I give it to you, who I had in mind all along? You guys deserve the best I've got.
Would you be mad if I waited until after the contest to "deliver" my card?

No, after the contest would be fine with me. Good luck in the contest and Merry Christmas!
This is not my "second childhood". I'm not finished with the first one yet.

Please wait...you could win the comp and it would be a shame to disqualify yourself up front....I send all my cards after Xmas any way so you'd be jiggy by my standards

Thanks guys, I'll wait until a few days before the deadline and if I think I have a chance I'll enter. If not, you get the card as planned... before Christmas.
