I am frustrated with DAZ. I think the genisis system looks like an awesome way to go but I cant get it to work on my system and their technical support is totaly crap.
I have installed the DSON importer and the Genesis starter bundle and a few other goodies but when I load them into poser they are invisible. The pose room window shows that the irem is loaded and the parameter dials show they are there but nothing appears.
Does anyone know what Im doing wrong?

I assume that you can get native Poser figures to load? Does the system show the DSON plug-in is, indeed, running under addons?
As an aside, you might want to do a search of threads here using "DSON" as the keyword to get a good overview of where the project is and whether or not it will meet your needs as things now stand.

Just a thought...
Is your Poser 9 updated to SR3 (or later)? It's required according to the DSON Importer for Poser product page at DAZ.
