It looks much like a modified Bot Armor @ DAZ3D.

Can be a genesis morph too .. or a supersuit morph

But its something sold at DAZ ..so you will findt out what it is ..

Maybe ask STAFF at DAZ forums

My guess is that it is a Genesis version of Parris' Bot Armour.
