Subject: Order # 112286559--Unpaid, Unshipped Limbo

Good morning,

Yesterday I made a purchase (order # 112286559) and it's still stuck--more than 24 hours later--in a n Unpaid, Unshipped mode.  The 'new' payment interface threw me off a little--or maybe I wasn't paying close enough attention to what I was doing--but somehow I had to check-out using the PayPal option.  I didn't want to use that option, perferring instead to use my credit card, as I have more than a hundred times previously; but somehow the PayPal bubble wouldn't 'de-select' and i went with it, since I do have a Paypal account.

Is there a way that the 'Unpaid, Unshipped' mode can be unlocked--or at the very least, have the order cancelled via the PayPal method?  Then I can going through the ordering process again, more slowly this time.

EDIT:

Seconds after I hit 'Enter' everything clears up. . . I feel more than a little embarassed.

Hi Xavier,

I see that your order is now marked paid and your downloads are available.

You are not the only one that has reported this issue since the change and I am sure that the programmers will need to take a look at this on Monday morning.

Yes, everything is great.  I've got my downloads . . . I'm a happy camper.
