I have a problem I can't get solved on my own. I hope anyone can help me.

I purchased IDL Studio Master wich is very versatile and produces very good results. But if you take a look at the attached image there is a problem with shadow and reflection ond the floor. This is most probably no problem from IDL Studio Master but from the floor's material settings I have attached also.

What can I do to get propper shadows and not this unnatural glow and spots?

Any help greatly appreciated
