Attached Link: Floor Flange With Wood Screws

A model of a common floor flange, used to secure pipes, tubing, or railings into a floor. There are several file formats in this download, including a .max scene file for 3dsmax 2012 or higher, and several scaled .obj models for Blender, Octane render, and Poser. There are no textures included, but the objects do contain UV coordinates, and should work well with any application using standard metal materials. The .obj files contain two version for each application scale; one with the screws, and one without screws, in case you wanted to add your own.
