I have been using the Firefox DownThemAll download manager plugin to download from Renderosity for 5 years now.
I purchased some items today, and the first product I downladed, M3 The Captain, ended up downloading a 59kB HTML file. I retried it and got the message "You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product."; I haven't sucessfully downloaded it at all! I download the remaining products on that order without the plugin, and they downloaded sucessfully.
However, looking over past downloads, I appartently had the same issue with V3 Flora Lingerie the other day; I have an HTML file and it too has its downloads used up, and I had a similar issue downloading the updates to Hamelon's Real Room a while back; I only ran into it on one file which had the same name, so I presumed that I actually had exceeded the limit.
Could I get thse downloadss reset on these products, please?
Hopefully the issue with the download manager can be solved, as it's a useful tool to put purchases in the right place on my computer.

Hello,
I have reset all of your downloads for you so you can try again.
Please be sure to disable any download accelerator/ manager for they do not work with our system.
