When I click on a product, I get the introduction; a large image of the product and a series of thumbnail images underneath. Following this is the "Add to Cart" and wishlist buttons. Fine. This is follwed by a duplicate of the introduction; a large image of the product and a series of thumbnail images underneath. Following this is the "Add to Cart" and wishlist buttons. Not so fine. Then something new. "Cutomers Who Bought This Item Also Bought", followed by product thumbnails. Then comes the Face Book features, followed by "Cutomers Who Bought This Item Also Bought" with the same product thumbnails shown above.
This isn't good. It's a mess actually. Can some fix it?

Some day, someone is going to push an update button, and bring civilization crashing down. I guess like any software, webpage construction has gotten so complicated with bells an whistles that no one can get it to work right out of the box.

I still can't get forums in my site search results. LOL.
A mess is about the size of it ;).

I'm using Firefox version 16.0.1 with Windows XP. I tested with Opera and things appeared ok. I'll upgrade Firefox and see if that helps.

I'm using FF 20 and still having problems as well. I can use Chrome, but it looks similar. Opera not much different. And I won't even touch IE with someone else's computer ;).

I'm on FF 20, no store problems here, but I get these weird blank spaces above everyone post and when browsing through the galleries, the side bar is on top of the last column of images, instead of being beside it.
The other thing that is really annoying is that when you do a search in the marketplace, it gives you a broad match first, instead of the phrase match. It's not only annoying, it's even stupid, since what you're looking for doesn't come up until pages later and the first I don't know how many pages have nothing to do with what I'm searching for at all. Broad match gives you what rendo wants you to buy, phrase match actually gives what you're looking for and it should be on by default! After all, I'm not doing a search to find out what rendo wants to sell me, I doing a search for items I want to buy.

Due to the childish TOS changes, I'm not allowed to link to my other products outside of Rendo anymore :(

Interesting. I see several lines of blank space at the top of every post when using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, and IE. I'm currently using IE 8 on another PC, and all the posts look fine.

Don't see the duplication in the store using Opera 12. The blanks over the posts are common - interesting if they don't appear on IE8 - maybe that's what they use to 'test' - using the term loosely :-)

Running a version of IE8 on one Windows 7 machine (Ultimate) and IE9 on another machine (7 Pro). The empty space is visible in both browsers.
Renderosity has been a mess for weeks now, since their last 'improvement', and I've actually taken to shopping at Content Paradise. It seems a few of the vendors I follow sell in either store.
Web masters really need to learn that less can be more. There is way too much clutter and bells that don't ring and whistles that don't blow on this site. It is beyond annoying when I mouse over some expanding box with content I have no interest in seeing. Again, less can be more.

I posted from work earlier. My company uses IE 8.
My browser of choice is Chrome, with Firefox as a backup. I use IE 10 if I can't get a site to work in either of the first two.

Whichever browser, the problem is this site has become a cluttered mess.
From the stats I find online, I am not the only one still using MS Internet Explorer though ... It may not be the most popular, but it is still very much in use. One site ranks it at 47%. I do believe Firefox, and now Chrome, users are more vocal with their support. Folks who vote on popularity sites use non-MS browsers.
Looking at the March stats from my (poor little) site, Internet Explorer is ranked more than Firefox, Chrome or Opera. Windows XP the most used OS, followed by Windows 7, Vista and 8. Nearly half of my visitors were running XP (49.8%), 34% running Windows 7 and only 0.68% running Windows 8. Google certainly wins as the search engine of choice.
It's a pretty small sample, less than 5000 visits.
Be well, everyone,
Rªnce

I'm on IE8 at work (and Windows XP or whatever it was a decade ago), and the forum formatting breaks whenever someone posts an image. The paragraphs run off the side, and there's no scroll bar to follow them with.
Firefox at home is just fine, though with the blank spaces everyone's pointed out.

site software checks for versions of IE prior to loading page. if not using some versions of IE/FF and one sees 35px gap above text in forum posts, add this line to style sheet in forum options:
#forum_inner_table td { height:5px; }

I was on IE 10, but downgraded to 9 so I could use the download streaming videos function on Real Player. On IE 10, it doesn't work, but none of the problems people are reporting from the site were there when I was on IE 10. They are all there now...

Yeah, I was gonna say that the space above each post has finally gone away! NOW will they fix the too large Header and Footer????? It really hurts my eyes and I have to quickly scroll down everytime I view a page.

latex, do you refer to light background at top and white background at bottom of page? (there are several headers in each page). what colour is desired? top header uses mostly white bg img (not user-adjustable). footer also not adj. by user now.
