I've just discovered that I recently bought two items which I already have. The reason is that because of a store glitch the files were missing in my downloads, so Kristi sent them to me as gifts instead. Therefore the store didn't warn me when I put them in the cart again. Is it possible to get a refund for the duplicates?
The order with the missing download links is: 111936980
Gift orders are: 111938022, 111938094
Duplicate purchase order: 112308510
Product names are "Katana" and "Contessa"
